Vintage African Baule cloth: Use as a throw, make pillows or use for apparel. Lovely indigo blue with a bright but soft pink and green pattern with pink fringe. Embroidery details in bright color threads.
This vintage fabric comes from Cote d'Ivoire, (Ivory Coast of Africa).
Hand crafted cotton and each is one-of-a-kind. Both length ends have softer hand made fringe details.
I have gentle-washed with a delicate textile soap so it's ready for use.
***As with many vintage textiles that have been in use, this African baule cloth has light wear-n-tear but overall excellent condition.
Measures approximately 54 inches long x approx. 20.5 inches wide.
