Mud Cloth African Indigo throw with fringe, Navy Blue and light blue Shibori vintage textile, Eyelet details, Morrissey Fabric
Washed and ready to use. This is an unusual vintage African indigo with unique hand stitched eyelet detail down the center and along the base of the fringe.
Nice and clean indigo textile in a sturdy denim weight. Simple stripe patterns created with a tie dye technique. This type of cloth is traced back to Burkina Faso, Africa. This is a lovely textile to use for display or make into pillows. The very dark shade of indigo will continue to fade over time like a pair of dark-wash jeans.
Measures 81 inches Long x 29.5 inches wide. Body of cloth is 72 inches long.
100% cotton, washable with care or dry clean.
***As with many vintage pieces, this item has signs of wear that give character and history to this cloth. Please examine photo to see one small frayed area along the side.
