Extra Large authentic mud cloth ethically sourced from Mali, Africa. Laundered for you in Southern California. This size is equivalent to just over 3 standard size mud cloth. This listing is for premium mud cloth that's large enough to use as a bedspread or great to use for upholstery.
This mud cloth fabric has a substantial weight and thickness with machine hemmed ends. This is not vintage. New condition with classic textural hand-made attributes.
Authentic hand loomed, un-dyed, cotton mud cloth textiles come in qualities that vary greatly. The cloth has been loomed in narrow strips which are machine sewn together to form one large cloth.
As with all hand crafted pieces, this may have several imperfections such as cotton slubs, reconnected strips of cloth, fraying at the ends, and other signs evident with small-batch creations.

Approx. 102 inches Long X 62 inches wide. Plus or minus 2" in either dimension due to the hand made weave of this cloth.
These are the laundered measurements so they won’t get smaller, but they may grow slightly.
