Large White Mud Cloth, Mudcloth Fabric from Africa, Authentic premium mud cloth, Pure Cotton.
Washed and ready to use, this mud cloth is ethically sourced from Mali, Africa. The color is like natural muslin fabric, warm ivory, not a put white. This bigger size allows for extra length and width if needed for upholstery or a bed cover. Each length end is also finished with a hem.
100% cotton
Measures Approx. 80 to 82 1/2 inches Long X 62 to 64 inches wide.
These are the laundered measurements so they won’t get smaller, but they may grow slightly.
This mud cloth fabric has a substantial weight and thickness with machine hemmed ends. This is not vintage. New condition with classic textural hand-made attributes.
Authentic hand loomed, un-dyed, cotton mud cloth textiles come in qualities that vary greatly. The cloth has been loomed in narrow strips which are machine sewn together to form one large cloth.
As with all hand crafted pieces, this may have several imperfections such as cotton slubs, reconnected strips of cloth, fraying at the ends, and other signs evident with small-batch creations.
