Kuba Cloth from Africa. This vintage textile is a great size to hang on a wall or use as on a table.
Dimensions: 42 inches long x 19 1/2 inches wide.
This kuba cloth has hand stitched appliqués and a flat weave center. The colors are a range of black, straw, and rust.
Good vintage condition with some distressing.

Kuba textiles come from the Congo. Kuba cloth will make spectacular textural wall hangings or statement-piece table runners. I've even seen them re-purposed as tote bags.
