Authentic African Mud Cloth. This African textile is a delicate piece. There are many hand-sewn seams patched throughout the body of the cloth. These can fray with machine washing so hand wash, line drey recommended. Not appropriate for upholstery.
Cleaned and ready to use! Nice denim blue cotton textile that’s got some lighter and darker areas and wear and loads of blue striations.
Great to use as a classic throw for a chair or bed. You could also display on a textile ladder or frame smaller pieces of the cloth.
Including the fringe: Measures 76 inches long x 36 inches wide.
Not including the fringe this is approx. 72 inches long.
This mud cloth indigo is in very good vintage condition.
