Vintage denim textile. African fabric. Perfectly imperfect faded piece that’s great to display for rustic home decor. NOT recommended for upholstery.
This is a classic textile that’s clean but has a number of small holes and repairs shown in the photos. Many of the seams have been repaired over the life of this textile giving a lot of history and visible mending to the textile.
Resist-dyed stripes were created by hand with a shibori tie dyed stripes.
Including the fringe: Measures 86 inches long x 45 inches wide. Not including the fringe this textile is 77 inches long.
This mud cloth indigo is in fair vintage condition.
100% cotton.

So grateful for this beautiful vintage fabric! It is as described, in that it’s fragile, but in the best way possible! It feels like an honor to be its next steward (plus no extra charge for all the stories woven into its beautifully faded softness). Great seller in all ways!
