Guatemalan Huipil. Wear, display, or use for pillows!
This textile is not stitched closed on the sides so it measures 49.5 inches long x 32.5 inches across when open. The decorative portion of this huipile has a total length of 35.5 inches with a center neckline opening.
This Guatemalan fabric is in very good vintage condition.
Neckline has a rhinestone trim that can easily be removed if wanted.
Unfinished at length ends. See photos for back side of cloth and the amazing knotting required when woven.
I recommend dry cleaning.
