Guatemalan Indigo Fabric. Large Vintage Corte Textile with Rainbow color hand embroidery. Blue and white yarn dyed plaid from San Pedro Sacatepequez, Guatemala.
Very long piece of Indigo "Corte" cloth in excellent vintage condition. All cotton fabric in a dark denim blue and white yarn-dyed plaid (not a print) plus multi color embroidery randa accent. This cloth is great for pillows, bed covering, upholstery or can be used like a picnic blanket or poolside throw.

This vintage Guatemalan fabric is washed and ready to use.
It's heavier weight, like denim. The weight is approx. 12 - 14 oz. per sq yd.
This hand crafted cloth is 136 inches long x 42 inches wide
There is one embroidery stripe (1 inch wide) that runs through the center, and one embroidery stripe that runs across/selvedge to selvedge. This detail is called a randa.
