Vintage African Baule cloth with amazing colors and woven pattern. This textile is not in pristine condition but well worth displaying.
This vintage fabric comes from Cote d'Ivoire, (Ivory Cost of Africa).
Hand crafted cotton and each is one-of-a-kind. Both length ends have softer hand made fringe details.
I have gentle-washed with a delicate textile soap so it's ready for use but there are vintage traits that remain.
***As with many vintage textiles that have been in use, this African baule cloth has visible wear-n-tear that adds to its history; but it’s not for everyone.
The fabric has a soft hand. Please examine photos areas of distressing.
